REIKI Massage
Many people ask if Reiki is a massage technique. Reiki by itself, is not considered a massage technique. It is a technique that can promote relaxation and balance to your energy for your body.
I offer Reiki massage, a technique that combines lighter massage using Swedish massage technique and/or Myofascial Release technique and Reiki. Each session may be different based on the client’s specific needs or condition. Please contact me for your Reiki Massage session.

Flex plans and massage. Check with your Flex Plan through work. Some plans will cover massage if you get a prescription for massage from your physician. You pay for the sessions, get a receipt for services that you turn in and get reimbursed through your flex plan.
