Staying healthy while others have the flu?

What are you doing to stay healthy during the flu season? Drink plenty of water, or water with lemon. Get plenty of sleep and rest. Eat 4-8 servings of fruit and vegetables per day. Wash your hands often. I apply Thieves oil to the soles of my feet, and diffuse the oils in the air. If you get the flu, receive a Raindrop session using oils that are said to have anti-viral, anti-microbial properties, to help clear out the virus much quicker. You could apply Raven alternating with RC on your chest and your feet. Diffuse Thieves, lemon or citrus fresh oils. If you do not have a diffuser, you can apply the oils to a cotton ball or coffee filter and place near a vent or fan. Since the flu is a virus, antibiotics will not help.
